Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Rosee, every piece is created with care, precision, and a deep passion for design.
We truly hope you love your purchase — however, if something isn’t quite right, please review our exchange policy below.
To maintain fairness and transparency, we do not offer refunds on any orders, domestic or international.

1. General Terms

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Timeline: All exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing care@roseeofficial.com with your order number and details.

  • Custom Orders: Products that are custom-made, altered, or made to measurement are not eligible for exchange or return.

2. Domestic Orders (within India)

  1. Exchanges

    • We accept exchanges on standard-sized products if there is a size issue or design concern, provided the request is made within 7 days.

    • Customers are required to ship the product back to us at their own cost, and pay for exchange item shipping.

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange order will be processed.

    • If there was a defect or an error on our part (wrong size, style, or damaged product), Rosee will bear the return and reshipment shipping cost.

  2. Non-Exchangeable Items

    • Custom-made, altered, or personalized garments

    • Accessories (if applicable)

    • Sale or discounted items

  3. How to Initiate an Exchange

    • Email care@roseeofficial.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and relevant images (if applicable).

    • Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions and the return address.

3. International Orders

  1. No Refunds

    • Refunds are not applicable for international orders under any circumstances, including change of mind, incorrect sizing, or customs delays.

    • The only exception is for a manufacturing defect or incorrect item received, reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

  2. Exchanges

    • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

    • The customer / consignee is responsible for both-way shipping costs (return + reshipment). These costs will be clearly communicated before the process begins.

    • Returned products must meet the same condition requirements as stated above.

  3. Pre-Dispatch Confirmation

    • To ensure accuracy and minimize any inconvenience, our team personally connects with each international customer before processing the order to confirm measurements, fit preferences, and details.

  4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • Report any damages or errors within 48 hours of delivery to care@roseeofficial.com with clear photos and order details.

    • Once reviewed and verified, we will arrange a suitable resolution.

5. Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be free from stains, makeup, perfume, or any signs of wear.

  • Returns that fail quality inspection may be declined and shipped back at the customer’s expense.

6. Processing Timeline

  • Once your return is received and inspected, the exchange dispatch is typically processed within 7–10 business days.

  • You will receive tracking details once your new order is shipped.
