3. Packaging Your Return:

  • Include all original tags, labels, and accessories that came with the product.


4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.


5. Inspection and Processing:

  • Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the exchange eligibility criteria.

  • You will be required to select a product of similar or higher value to complete the exchange.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once your returned items are received.

  • If the new product selected is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference before the exchange is processed.
